Afreximbank contacted me to help them with streamlining the operations for their brain child PAPSS after they decided to increase their operations across Africa. My mai objective was to utilize digital tools to streamline workflows, improve communication channels, social media and enhance overall efficiency as they expand operations in Africa


Task.
In collaboration with various departmental heads, I was tasked with providing comprehensive services, including social media management and the creation of artworks. I began by conducting a thorough audit of PAPSS's existing social media strategy and artwork creation process. Leveraging my expertise, I was able to develop a content calendar that aligned with their brand voice and business goals, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence. For the artwork, I introduced a streamlined design process with my knowledge of Canva that allowed for rapid creation of artworks while maintaining quality.
With technical support ideas, I meticulously analyzed their payment processing system and identified bottlenecks. Then, solutions were introduced to automate and simplify transactions, significantly speeding up the process and reducing errors, thereby streamlining their payment processing system.
Additionally, my administrative assistance covered managing customer inquiries, scheduling, and updating databases. In terms of administrative assistance, I took the helm of customer service operations, implementing a system to swiftly handle inquiries, which greatly improved customer satisfaction. I'm adept at scheduling, which ensured optimal use of company resources, and my database management skills kept client and project data up-to-date and accessible, facilitating better decision-making and efficiency, all of which contributed to overhauling their operational processes.
These improvements manifested as quicker response times to customer queries, a more reliable and user-friendly service, and a cohesive internal workflow that boosted productivity across all departments. This comprehensive overhaul was pivotal in elevating PAPSS's market position and customer satisfaction ratings.
